Mark graduated from Monash University in 1984 with a Distinction in Contract Law. After completing his articles with a commercial law practitioner, Mark set up his own practice in 1987 as a sole practitioner. Mark’s preferred areas of practice are Family Law, Business Law, Commercial Law and Civil Litigation and he has practiced extensively in these areas for over three decades. He has a very broad range of experience and expertise and keeps up to date with all relevant developments in the law.  

Melanie Bramich – Law Clerk

Melanie joined the firm full-time in 2005. Melanie practices as a law clerk/paralegal in conveyancing, property law and deceased estates. She is experienced in all areas of residential and commercial property transfers and takes pride in achieving a smooth, hassle-free transaction for her clients when they are selling or buying property. Melanie takes great care when advising her clients regarding new purchases and is often commended on her attention to detail in this regard. Melanie also assists clients with business sales and purchases.

When dealing with deceased estates, Melanie ensures that her clients are well looked after during what can understandably be a very stressful and upsetting time. Melanie endeavours to administer Estates carefully and quickly so Executors may have closure and move on with their lives.

After studying part-time for several years, Melanie completed her Bachelor of Laws at Deakin University, graduating with Honours in 2017.

Jemma Gray – Legal Secretary and Receptionist

Jemma started with us in 2017 as our full time receptionist and legal secretary. Jemma is an invaluable member of our team and has strong organisational and people skills. Jemma assists clients in providing instructions for the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney and ensures that this process is hassle-free for our clients.
